Overview

Welcome to Pracchi.in (“Pracchi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any consultation or purchasing any service through our website.

By booking a consultation or purchasing any service from Pracchi.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.

  1. No Cancellation Policy

All appointments booked through Pracchi.in are considered final.
Once a consultation has been booked and payment has been successfully processed, the booking cannot be cancelled.

  1. One-Time Rescheduling

Although cancellations and refunds are not permitted, clients may request one (1) complimentary rescheduling of their consultation, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Only one rescheduling request is permitted per booking.
  • The rescheduled appointment is subject to availability.
  • Once an appointment has been rescheduled, no further rescheduling, cancellation, or refund will be permitted.
  1. No-Show Policy

Clients are responsible for joining their consultation at the scheduled date and time.

If a client fails to attend the original appointment or the rescheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be treated as a No Show.

In such cases:

  • The consultation fee shall be forfeited.
  • No refund will be issued.
  • No further rescheduling will be permitted.
  1. Late Arrival

Clients are requested to join their consultation on time.

Late arrival may result in a shorter consultation, and the session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.

No extension of time, refund, or replacement session will be provided due to late arrival.

  1. Digital Products & Personalized Reports

All digital products and personalized services offered through Pracchi.in, including but not limited to:

  • Tarot consultations
  • Astrology consultations
  • Numerology consultations
  • Personalized reports
  • PDFs
  • Downloadable resources
  • Audio or video recordings (where applicable)

are personalized and/or delivered digitally.

Accordingly, all such purchases are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

  1. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Pracchi P Mehta

In the unlikely event that Pracchi P Mehta is unable to conduct a scheduled consultation due to illness, technical issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment to the next mutually convenient available slot.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations, Pracchi P Mehta reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether any accommodation, service credit, rescheduling, or alternative arrangement may be offered.

Any such accommodation shall be entirely at the sole discretion of Pracchi and shall not constitute a waiver, modification, or precedent affecting this Cancellation & Refund Policy. The granting of any exception in one instance shall not create any obligation to grant similar exceptions in the future.

  1. Nature of Services

The consultations and guidance offered through Pracchi.in are intended for holistic consultation, self-reflection, personal development, and insight. They are based on the practitioner’s knowledge, experience, and interpretation.

As these services involve dedicated time, preparation, and personalized attention, all bookings are treated as final and are governed by this Cancellation Policy.

By making a booking or purchasing any service through Pracchi.in, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood this Cancellation Policy.
  • All bookings are final.
  • No cancellations are permitted.
  • No refunds will be provided.
  • You are entitled to only one rescheduling request, subject to the conditions stated above.
  • You agree to be bound by these terms before completing your payment.

Pracchi.in reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
